INTERCOM APPRAISAL

An intercom (intercommunication device), talkback or doorphone is a stand-alone voice communications system for use within a building or small collection of buildings, functioning independently of the public telephone network. Intercoms are generally mounted permanently in buildings and vehicles. Intercoms can incorporate connections to public address loudspeaker systems, walkie talkies, telephones, and to other intercom systems. Some intercom systems incorporate control of devices such as signal lights and door latches.

[edit] Permanent systems

Traditional intercom systems are composed entirely of analogue electronics components but many new features and interfacing options can be accomplished with new intercom systems based on digital connections. Video signals can be carried as well as voice. Digital intercom stations can be connected using Cat 5 cable and can even use existing computer networks as a means of interfacing distant parties.
Many schools and office buildings now use audio / video systems to identify visitors trying to gain access to a locked building, and can be interfaced with the building's access control system.
Intercom systems can be found on many types of vehicles including trains, watercraft, aircraft and armoured fighting vehicles.

[edit] Portable systems

Portable intercoms are commonly used by special event production crews and professional sports teams. Performing arts venues such as theaters and concert halls often have a combination of permanently mounted and portable intercom elements. Motorsports race tracks often have both portable and permanent intercom stations mounted at critical points around the racecourse for use by race officials and emergency medical technicians.

[edit] Basic intercom system terms

  • Master Station or Base Station – These are units that can control the system, i.e., initiate a call with any of the stations and make announcements over the whole system.
  • Sub-station – Units that are capable of only initiating a call with a Master Station but not capable of initiating calls with any other stations (sometimes called slave units).
  • Door Station – Like sub-stations, these units are only capable of initiating a call to a Master Station. They are typically weather-proof.
  • Intercom Station – Full-featured remote unit that is capable of initiating and receiving party-line conversation, individual conversation and signalling. May be rack-mounted, wall-mounted or portable.
  • Wall Mount Station – fixed-position intercom station with built-in loudspeaker. May have flush-mounted microphone, hand-held push to talk microphone or telephone-style handset.
  • Belt Pack – portable intercom station worn on the belt such as an interruptible feedback (IFB) with an earpiece worn by talent.
  • Handset – permanent or portable telephone-style connection to an intercom station. Holds both an earpiece and a push to talk microphone.
  • Headset – portable intercom connection from a belt pack to one or both ears via headphones with integrated microphone on a boom arm. Connects to a belt pack.
  • Paging Signal – An audible and/or visual alert at an intercom station, indicating that someone at another station wants to initiate a conversation.
  • Power Supply – Used to feed power to all units. Often incorporated into the design of the base station.

[edit] Wiring intercoms

1980s MirTone intercom system
While every intercom product line is different, most analogue intercom systems have much in common. Voice signals of about a volt or two are carried atop a direct current power rail of 12, 30 or 48 volts which uses a pair of conductors. Signal light indications between stations can be accomplished through the use of additional conductors or can be carried on the main voice pair via tone frequencies sent above or below the speech frequency range. Multiple channels of simultaneous conversations can be carried over additional conductors within a cable or by frequency- or time-division multiplexing in the analogue domain. Multiple channels can easily be carried by packet-switched digital intercom signals.
Portable intercoms are connected primarily using common shielded, twisted pair microphone cabling terminated with 3-pin XLR connectors. Building and vehicle intercoms are connected in a similar manner with shielded cabling often containing more than one twisted pair.
Digital intercoms use Category 5 cable and relay information back and forth in data packets using the Internet protocol architecture.

[edit] Two-wire broadcast intercoms

Intercom systems are widely used in TV stations and outside broadcast vehicles such as those seen at sporting events or entertainment venues.[1] There are essentially two different types of intercoms used in the television world: two-wire party line or four-wire matrix systems. In the beginning, TV stations would simply build their own communication systems using old phone equipment. However, today there are several manufacturers offering off-the-shelf systems. From the late 1970s until the mid-90s the two-wire party line type systems were the most popular, primarily due to the technology that was available at the time. The two channel variety used a 32 Volt impedance generating central power supply to drive external stations or belt packs. This type of format allowed the two channels to operate in standard microphone cable, a feature highly desired by the broadcasters. These systems were very robust and simple to design, maintain and operate but had limited capacity and flexibility as they were usually hardwired. A typical user on the system could not choose who to talk to. He would communicate with the same person or group of people until the system was manually reconfigured to allow communication with a different group of people. Two-wire routers or source assignment panels were then implemented to allow quick re-routing. This reconfiguration was usually handled at a central location, but because voltage is used on the circuit to power the external user stations as well as communicate, there would usually be a pop when the channels were switched. So while one could change the system on-the-fly, it was usually not desirable to do so in the middle of a production, as the popping noise would distract to the rest of the television crew.

[edit] Four-wire broadcast intercoms

A modern four-wire intercom system capable of 272 sources and destinations manufactured by Telex Communications Inc.
In the mid-90s four-wire technology started gaining more prominence due to the technology getting cheaper and smaller. Four-wire circuit technology had been around for quite some time but was very expensive to implement. It usually required a large footprint in the physical television studio, thus was only used at very large television stations or television networks.

[edit] Wireless intercoms

For installations where it is not desirable or possible to run wires to support an intercom system, wireless intercom systems are available. There are two major benefits of a wireless intercom system over the traditional wired intercom. The first is that installation is much easier since no wires have to be run between intercom units. The second is that you can easily move the units at any time. With that convenience and ease of installation comes a risk of interference from other wireless and electrical devices. Nearby wireless devices such as cordless telephones, wireless data networks, and remote audio speakers, as well as structural features in your building, can all interfere. Electrical devices such as motors, lighting fixtures and transformers can cause noise. There may be concerns about privacy since conversations may be picked up on a scanner, baby monitor, cordless phone, or a similar device on the same frequency. Encrypted wireless intercoms can reduce or eliminate privacy risks, while placement, installation, construction, grounding and shielding methods can reduce or eliminate the detrimental effects of external interference. The United States and Canada have several frequency ranges for wireless intercom systems and other wireless products. They are 49 MHz, FM band (200KH – 270 kHz), 494–608 MHz, 900 MHz, 2.4 GHz, 5.8 GHz, and MURS (150 MHz). IP Intercoms are now appearing that connect a Master to an IP Substation elsewhere on the Internet, via an Ethernet port.
Power line communication units that send signal over house wiring have been referred to as "wireless" intercoms. Though they are technically wired intercoms, they are based on existing wiring and thus require no additional wires.[2]
Loudaphone brand intercom station aboard RMS Queen Mary. The Loudaphone was specified for noisy environments such as aboard trains and trams and within a ship's engine room

[edit] Telephone Intercoms

Some telephones include intercom functions that enable paging and conversation between instruments of similar make and model. Examples include Panasonic model KX-TS3282W(/B), AT&T models 945 and 974, and TMC model ET4300.
A single device can add intercom functionality to multiple standard telephones on a common phone line, even of different makes and models. Installation effort is minimal, and is not vulnerable to the radio interference and security issues of wireless systems. The Add-A-Com Whole House Intercom for Standard Telephone Systems is such a device. Intercom paging is accomplished by sounding a distinctive ring from all telephones after any phone is taken briefly off hook. After paging, any number of phones may converse. The device temporarily disconnects the external phone line during intercom use, and reconnects when all phones are again on hook. During intercom use, an external call’s ringing signal can be heard in the earpiece.

HOW TO WRITE THE PERFECT INVESTMENT PROPOSAL

As an established Investment network, we have been responsible for reviewing literally thousands of investment proposals and one of the repeating themes that we have been asked over and over is to explain the methods that can be employed to create the perfect investment proposal or investment summary that is almost guaranteed to get the attention of Business Angel Investors.

The type of investment proposal that will GRAB a business angel Investor’s interest and have him/her almost demanding to discuss the investment pitch further! Over the years I have seen this occur many times on Venture Giant, and I have seen seemingly weak value propositions receive 9 - 10 angel investor contacts on the day of despatch only because the investment proposal had been well written and well thought out!

Is it possible, and can it be learned? I believe that it can be – and this article hopes to explore some of the crucial elements that you should think about whilst crafting your perfect investment pitch. I have also taken the liberty of enclosing a sample investment summary that I am sure will be of great benefit to entrepreneurs looking to create their own investment proposals but not knowing how to apply some of the points that I will talk about below.

My main aim with Venture Giant was not only to create a portal that can get entrepreneurs connected with Angel Investors so as to raise the necessary angel funding that they require but to also create more and more resources of useful, actionable articles that can assist entrepreneurs actively to become ‘investment-ready’ – and this to all in a very reasonably priced environment. From the feedback we are receiving I am now starting to see more and more entrepreneurs benefiting from the knowledge and experience that is featured in our News Channel. At the very least (according to one of the emails I received recently) entrepreneurs are now demanding more from Angel investors and citing the correct investment terms when doing so, and this is very encouraging.

As Venture Giant is primarily an angel Investment deal flow service for angel investors, high net worth individuals and angel syndicates our main aim has always been to send out the most attractive investment opportunities to our investors that read well, make sense, and ARE investable.

Ultimately, if the investment proposals we send out to our Investors on Venture Giant are not up to this standard then we are at a risk of losing active angel investors that sign up to use our service.

It is in my interest to ensure that our entrepreneurs’ submit investment proposals that are of a certain calibre and meet our guidelines of service.

So, the main purpose of this article is to concentrate on how to create the perfect investment opportunity that can be used to submit onto Venture Giant, or for that matter - on any other investment network.

Six points on the perfect investment pitch:

1. The first point I would like to address is that regardless of what you are seeing in the press and in the media about the recession and shrinking GDP data - there will always be money out there for businesses that can MAKE money. Always was there, and will always be there. So your investment proposal must always be geared towards this important point. So make your proposal sound like it can actually make money by creating a convincing proposition.

2. Second point to consider when describing your product is to KEEP IT SIMPLE! I have seen it to many times and it is deeply disappointing for me – an entrepreneur submits a really good opportunity to our angel Investors, but it turns out to be too darn complicated!

Yes agreed, it is important to show to a potential angel investor that you know your stuff – but keep your investment proposal simple.

When investors look through your investment summary they are going to scan through it - and using jargon rich words like CMS, CRM will inevitably confuse and put-off most Angel Investors and move them away from your value proposition! Ignore this advice at your own peril – Use simple words like Software - not a CRM solution! Online media/advertising instead of PPC campaigns etc.

3. Another major point that I have seen entrepreneurs overlook is what Industry sector their business is in! Let me give you an example:

‘What industry sector is google in?’

Think about it for one second: Immediate responses will inevitably always be: Computer, Software, but NO. It’s Advertising! Why? Because 96% of Google’s revenue comes from advertising! So as an industry sector, you would choose Internet, and Advertising. You do not want to lose potential investors because you chose Computers or Software instead of Advertising or Media!

4. Don’t be shy! Talk about your Funding Requirements with no shame! How do you wish to use the money that you raise? What will you purchase – and why is it needed? These are all very valuable questions, and they must be addressed in your investment proposal.

5. Include your background/experience information ONLY if it is relevant to your business or investment proposal. Do you have complementary skills that will assist you in running your business and turning it into a success? If so, talk about this. If not, does your management team have the necessary skills? Talk about this! If not, then skip it for now!

6. Scalability! Does your business have global appeal? Make sure you include this if it does! Facebook, Google are scalable globally.

If you would like further in-depth analysis of any of the terms listed above, we have written entire articles about each aspect of your investment proposal and this can all be located in Venture Giant’s News channel.

How to write the perfect Investment Summary
on Venture Giant for submission to Angel investors

Venture Giant is NOT an ‘unmoderated forum’. All investment proposals are checked by us, and we do not approve all investment proposals.

TO maintain a fair and equitable environment please always ensure that you do not mention your company name or supply any types of contact details in your investment proposal that you submit on Venture Giant. So instead of using your company name use a generic term, like "our Aeronautics Company" or “Media Trading Platform”. Alternatively use expressions like: “Our Limited Company,” or “We”, “Us”, “I”

An investment proposal by a company called "Media Deals" is attached below and through our assistance received a lot of attention on Venture Giant.

Please review it - and though it may not be related to what your industry and/or business, this sample investment proposal will at the very least give you an idea of the quality of investment proposals that we send out to our registered investors.

1. Investment Title Guidelines:
The investment title of your proposal must explain what your business does. So create a compelling enough title that will position your business to be understood instantly in the investor’s mind before he/she has even read your investment proposal! Consider also that the Subject line of the email that is sent out to our registered angel Investors will include your Investment title. A simple, catchy, snappy title will ensure that an investor will open his email and read your entire investment proposal that he receives through Venture Giant. A good title will also ensure that any other investors browsing through our angel investment network will be compelled to read more!

  • Sample Investment Title:
(25 Characters)

Media Trading Platform

2. Investment Summary Guidelines:
This is the public part of your proposal and this must compel an investor to want to read the ENTIRE investment description.

Ideas to mention here are:
  • Why your investment opportunity is attractive!

  • How much money is needed, and how will it be used?

  • What will be the return on investment (ROI) for an Angel Investor and when will they see this return?
Ideally you should aim to write this paragraph AFTER you have created and drafted your entire investment pitch below, so as to ensure that you do not miss out any important facts!

  • Sample Investment Summary:
(500 Characters)

We have created a state of the art UK media trading system that offers Print-media-buyers and ad-sellers (newspapers, magazines and publications) the opportunity of accessing real-time print ad inventory for which agencies and/or advertisers can either buy or bid for. We are seeking a £50k angel investment to be used for Working Capital and Online Marketing. Based on our projections, Angel Investors will see a ROI in year 2 of 34%!

3.
Investment Description Guidelines:
Your Investment description that you create on Venture Giant will have to answer the question:

“What’s in it for the Angel Investor!” – I have seen it to many times! Entrepreneurs talk and talk about their product and business…. And then that is it! Strike a balance, and talk about your business, how you will make money, why you are seeking investment and how an investor will make a return!

This is your investment pitch – and don’t forget to add some Industry Statistics! A simple search on Google will reveal some interesting facts that you can include in your investment proposal.

Venture Giant Insider Edge:

Your investment Description is essentially your pitch (or elevator pitch).

 Address key issues like:

  • What makes your investment proposal an attractive investment opportunity?

  • How much money is needed, and how will it be used?

  • What will be the return on investment (ROI) for an Angel Investor and when will they see this return?
This can be effective as a teaser to attract the initial attention of an angel investor particularly when using email or an online angel investment matching service.

  • Sample Investment Description:
(3000 Characters)
Our Online Media trading system has been in development for the past 12 months. It offers Print-media-buyers and sellers the opportunity of accessing real-time print ad inventory for which agencies and/or advertisers can either buy or bid for.

Publishers always have excess adverts to sell at discounted rates before their 7PM print deadline (the "deadline discount" game) and there is a great demand for this ad-space as it is usually heavily discounted. But in the UK there is no way of accessing these heavily discounted ads. The only real way is to create relationships with magazines, and/or, call each publication and ask them for a 'deadline discount'.

Our online eBay type bidding system aims to solve this problem by enabling magazines, newspapers and other publications to advertise their 'deadline discount adverts' to people wishing to purchase these adverts. All discounted advertising space is automatically categorised by magazine type, ad-size and cost.

Purchasing an ad on our online trading system involves a user simply "adding the advert" to their shopping basket and paying for it via a credit or debit card.

We expect to generate revenues from these purchases of between 6% and 8% on all transactions. It is FREE for Media publishers (magazines and newspapers) to upload their advert availability.

This trading platform can be scaled globally, and my longer term plans is to licence the platform to individuals on a country to country basis. Apart from the upfront and ongoing revenues, further commercialisation could come from INTERCONNECTING the databases together from each country. So, a UK based customer who was looking to buy advertising space could also browse advertising opportunities in India (for example) and if that customer from the UK system subsequently chose to purchase an advert in a different country, we could automate and revenue share between licensees. The commercialisation possibilities are endless.

The Industry

It is often stated that 'offline media (magazines and newspapers) is in serious trouble'. However all the real-data points to the contrary. According the media handbook 2007, it is estimated that the value of consumer magazines are £7.2bn and the business media industry - including magazines are valued at £18bn to £20bn.

Magazines themselves - the printed ones - have continued to flourish in the last decade since the launch of the Internet. At least one new title is launched every day of the year and has resulted in rising total volumes of sales and of consumer expenditure on printed products.

The Advertising Association (AA) predicts a 15.6 per cent increase in consumer magazine ad-spend over the next 12 years, taking overall advertising investment in the industry from £750m in 2006 to £889m in 2018, which is a view shared by the UK's leading advertiser, Procter & Gamble, who have increased their investment in print by 10.7 per cent over the last two years.

In Summary
We believe that our online service could do amazingly well in the fight against online advertising as advertisers identify how effectively magazine advertising can build customer loyalty. Our online service has now been created and is all set to launch.

I have had 10 years experience in the publishing business, and I have worked with Random House and learned their marketing methods. I have seen this gap in the market, and I believe an online media trading system is much needed. Using my skills, and experience in this space, I believe that I can turn this business into a great success and commercialise this media trading platform to generate sustainable turnover and profitability.

This Media Trading System is a Win/Win business solution for print media. Advertisers will get discounted ad-space and publishers of magazine will get to move inventory in a much easier, faster and streamlined way.

Please contact me to discuss this investment proposal further.

Venture Giant Insider Edge:

Always try to end with something that the investor should do.

So use expressions like:

  • We have a full business plan available on request. We are very passionate about our business and we would invite any interested angel investors to contact us now to discuss this investment proposal further with us now.
  • Always make it easy for Angel Investors to understand your business and investment proposal. Talk about your background and business, and then talk about your product! Yes you have the scientific knowledge on the chemical composition of Biodiesel, but an angel won’t so keep it simple!
Pearl - As an entrepreneur you must learn to demonstrate that you can make Angel Investor money! Convince investors that read your investment proposal that your business opportunity is sustainable and that you are the man (or lady) for the job! This is so important!

Demonstrate how you are going to translate their investment into you or your company into profit for them!

Thank you for taking the time to read this brief outline, and I hope that it helps you to create a compelling enough story that will get you the Angel Investor interest - whether it be through Venture Giant, or otherwise!

THE DARK COUNTRY OF DIVORCE......- MAX LUCADO

It touches each of us, sooner or later. A friend, a brother, a co-worker, or perhaps, you. If you haven’t been affected by divorce, you probably will be-it’s one of the signatures of our society. In today’s culture, divorce lurks and leers like a predator surveying his prey. What does God say about divorce?

It will interest you to know that marriage is a design by God from time immemorial as to making a man to leave his family and that the man should cleave to someone his heart desires and in doing this man tends to be a responsible being. Based on this fact, home is ready for management thereby decision making process must begin. The incidence of two different people to search for eternity in their own world cannot be outrun without having been itched…. It is going to be of essence to learn, study and discover the hidden truth about DIVORCE as written by MAX LUCADO in his book ………. THE DARK COUNTRY OF DIVORCE

I want to you to read this book from chapter to chapter as it explains what a home need to trudge on…. You home can survive…. Oh Yes! I believe why not go from the first chapter as it explains in this language… “TYING A KNOT AND HANGING ON” to ”THE DARK COUNTRY OF DIVORCE” to “BROKEN HEART MENDED FAITH” and on…… THE STUDY GUIDE

Chapter1
Tying a Knot and Hanging On

1. What does Max mean when he says: “Leaving was never an option”? 2. “A wedding is an event, but marriage is an achievement.” Has your marriage been an achievement? Why? Why not? Think of a couple whose marriage would be considered an achievement. What are some characteristics that stand out? 3. Why is the covenant of marriage so important to God? 4. When the Pharisees questioned Jesus about divorce, what was his response (Mt. 19:13-15)?

The Dark Country of Divorce

1. What are some causes of divorce “explosion” in America? 2. For what reasons does God permit divorce? 3. Malachi 2:16 says God hates divorce. What significance does that have for divorced people? Hoe does He feel about them?

Chapter 3
Broken Heart, Mended Faith

1. Think of some broken hearts you have known. Have they moved toward healing? 2. Has your heart been broken? Has it caused you to separate yourself from God? If so, what brought you back into a relationship with Him? 3. Read Isaiah 53:3. Who is the one referred to here? Can you relate to his broken heart? Even where there is tickle, there is bound to be expression of maturity from duo of husband and wife. THE PAST, THE PRESENT AND THE FUTURE

THE PAST, THE PRESENT AND THE FUTURE

(YESTERDAY, TODAY & TOMORROW)

INTRODUCTION
There are two days in every week about which we should not worry, two days which should be kept free from fear and apprehension. One of these days is “Yesterday” with its mistakes and cares, its faults and blunders, its aches and pains. Yesterday has passed forever beyond our control. All the money in the world cannot bring back yesterday. We cannot undo a single act we performed; we cannot erase a single word said. Yesterday is gone. The other day we should not worry about is Tomorrow with its possible adversities, its burdens, its large promise and poor performance. Tomorrow is also beyond our immediate control. Tomorrow's sun will rise, either in splendor or behind a mask of clouds - but it will rise. Until it does, we have no stake in Tomorrow, for it is yet unborn. This leaves only one day “Today” . Any man can fight the battles of just one day; it is only when you or I add the burdens of those two awful eternities “Yesterday and Tomorrow” that we break down. It is not the experience of Today that drives men mad, it is the remorse or bitterness for something which happened Yesterday and the dread of what Tomorrow may bring.
History has demonstrated that our yesterday is the foundation of our today which has great influence on our tomorrow. The past, the present and the future has been a thing of essence in the society and the world over . There are three stages of man existence and they are;
• The past
• The present and;
• The future
These three stages are synonymous with our yesterday, today and tomorrow. The existence and evolution of man begins with the relationship of human being with one another. Man live by influence and imitation but the most important thing is that, influence and imitation should have a positive effect on each and everyone of us as a whole. The planet earth consists of different people from different races and continent, whom have greatly influence their generations in the past to the present. Eminent men like, Martin Luther king Jr, Abraham Lincoln, Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela, e.t.c

THE PAST/YESTERDAY
The past will always remain a time of ignorance for the people who develop and adduce importance or value to themselves. It is the story of the advent and activities of man which upon record, is regarded as a platform to be modified and developed in shaping the present for a better future. It is a matter of fact that, it is our yesterday that introduces us to today; then, it has impact which is worthy of note.  The present situation now is that we mourn the loss of yesterday due to the fact that our yesterday is far and much better than today. This is the greatest tragedy that can ever happen to any set of people, society, community, nation and the continent. It is ironical that our environment in the past decades is conducive and convenient which is evident in our legal environment, social environment, political environment, economic environment, academic environment e.t.c.
Patriotism is at the highest level because it is giving one’s utmost best to one’s country, even if the result would speak after one’s lifetime. American’s began to give their all, when America was dusty farmland. They laid down their lives when America gave no reward but labour all because they understood being patriotic .
The predilection to do good or evil in man brings us to the issue of the law of religion which intends to rule man and the law of environment to direct and control man’s action as well in the past decades. We have simply forgotten the truth of the matter then, an average man has the reason of an innocent child-like trust which tends to monitor his feelings towards a better way of life. Then arises the question:
What is importance of history ?  We can not say that the past is no longer useful. The past can be a medicine bottle to arrange for the present stage. We are reforming and reshaping our lives which has been invested in the past to be spent today so that tomorrow can be insured. Let us look at “the present” as it relates with “the past”. The past is an asset for moulding the present.

THE PRESENT / TODAY
The present is our today which emanates as a result of the implication of the past. Today is a gift, is in our custody, we can influence today so that an impact can be made. If there is an opportunity that worth value; is today. Today is the situation that exists in the world rather than the past or the future. Unlike the past that exist with the little or no form of corruption, social ills in the society, drug abuse, HIV/AIDS scourge and the likes. There are so many things that were innovated in the primitive age which have been modernized now. One of the most important situations in the primitive age is habitation or shelter. In the past, human being use to live in spacious avenue under mountains and rocks but today, you easily see sky scrappers. Another thing is the issue of clothing. By religious history, we got to know that the first man and woman on earth (Adam & Eve) cover their nakedness with fig leaves and later get “apron of skin ” but civilization brought us into clothing materials. History told us that in the primitive age, most especially in my country Nigeria, the medium of exchange of goods for goods is cowries which are deposited in a dug hole but the trend has changed presently. You can easily walk in into any bank, open an account there and deposit your money for safe keeping.
It is pertinent to note at this junction that negative feelings and thought is the order of the day nowadays as a result of interplay of civilization and nature. In Nigeria, during the primitive period, traders do not need be available where they display or place their goods. What they use to do is that, they will make a sign that denotes the prices of their goods of which a willing buyer will drop his or her money where the goods are displayed or placed. Even a passer-by will not touch the money but in the present time, if you are well secured with iron gates, thieves can still have there way through. The whole system is corrupted due to moral decadence in the society .
In the constitution of Nations, new clauses are being inserted so as to modify the political terrain of those Nations. There is promulgation of new Laws to curb corruption not because it is envisaged but it is a common phenomenon. Here is a story of Nations around the world wanting to make reforms in their economy, education, and all other sector without reforming man whom all these reforms are meant for. It is tantamount to washing a white cloth and preparing to put it on a dirty man. The best thing to do in a situation like this is changing the orientation of man. There is advent of genocide where people continue to kill certain set or group of people, or races in other to wipe their generation out. A case study is Rwanda in 1994 where about 500,000 Tutsis were massacre by the Hutus. This in turn led to retaliation by the Tutsis and the killing of thousands of Hutus. Up to one-fourth of the population of Rwanda, mostly Hutus fled the country in fear of further reprisal attack . The issue of social unrest and the likes has claimed many lives in our world today. The war in Darfur in the republic of Sudan is still on. Civil war erupted in Darfur, a region in western Sudan, in 2003. Since then more than 2 million people have fled their homes to seek shelter in refugee camps like the one at Zamzam in northern Darfur. The war has claimed more than a million lives .

FUTURE / TOMORROW
Tomorrow is misery which is beyond human understanding. Eventhough it is beyond human comprehension today will still determine tomorrow. Tomorrow as never witness any action and function so no auction can be assumed. The solution to our problem today is mandatory because our tomorrow lies in our today. There is a dare need for global rest, equity in the delivery of justice, corruption to stop, abundant food for all, disaster to stop, war to stop, prosperity for all, suicide bombing to be brought to a halt.

CONCLUSION
The way out of all these and many other unmentioned problems is to have a rethink, re-orientation, learn from the past, work on how to adjust the present and make strategy as to future logistic plans that will enhance an ideal world of great social, religious, economic, legal, academic and political integration. If man is enlightened and properly trained, man can wash is own cloth and always appear neat. Man is the one that must change in every sphere of his life before he can fit in to any CHANGE taken place around him. Change in attitude, beliefs, perception, and we (man) should see each other as one . Love should be the driving force because if you love your fellow men, money meant for the whole nation will not have any effect on you that you will just embezzle it. The change must come from here, there, everywhere. You and I must initiate it from our enclave and then revolutionized the whole world with our behaviour. Fortunately, there is always a way out of every problem and circumstances if only we are ready to find the route out of our problems.
THE PAST, THE PRESENT and THE PRESENT, ponder on this and discover the way out from your own perspective, national heritage and preservation so that collectively we can cause the expected changes we want in our world .
It should be noted all over the world that “IT IS ACTUALLY TIME TO PROVOKE CHANGE”.
